Genpathway develops disease-related biomarkers using
ChIP-based sequencing technologies. Our approach to
biomarker discovery differs from the current generation of
molecular-based RNA/gene expression approaches in that
we measure DNA-protein interactions or gene-regulated events
within the cell nucleus to elucidate the causal pathways of
disease and/or the predictive pharmacological action of
potential drugs.
